Our journal accepts research, review, book critique and letter to the editor, and all studies are subject to double-blind review and editor (field and general) control and approval.
Our journal does not ask for any fee during any stage of publication.
Studies that examine the relationship between food and all social sciences, such as food education, food history, food economy, food ethics, food and religion, fall within the scope of our journal.
